1969-1973 S model oil cooler in front fender options?

I have a 1969T with the twin battery boxes.

I have the elephant hard oil lines and front fender mount oil cooler but the battery box is in the way.

Would my elephant hardline kit work with an original type S fender mounted oil cooler?

The battery boxes are not a problem,,,,as long as you use the correct louvered plate behind the cooler. My 72 S going to Parade last summer,,,,,110 degrees across Utah,,,,210 oil temp running 80-90.

    Lightbulb

Not sure what you're asking... The cooler goes directly behind the battery box...

Here's my '73 with a '72 cooler... from both sides

    Hope this helps...

Nope.... I have a '72 factory cooler on my '73...

I guessing now by your wording that you have an Elephant cooler and hard lines and you're wondering if what you have will fit... Yes?

I would call Chuck Moreland owner of Elephant with any questions you have …
