    Door Glass Seal Trouble

I'm trying to install the outer door glass seal in the outer chrome trim on the door.It slides in a groove, very hard to slide in.
I've tried ruglide,wd-40,gibbs,it will only slide so far.Chrome trim is in excellent condition.I've installed plenty of seals and bushings over the years, but this one is tough. The seals are O.E.,any suggestions would help, parts #'s are 911.531.931.42 and 911.531.932.42.

    Thanks David

try to stretch the seal as you push it into the channel. this will thin the seal. of course, lots of soapy water
