    Mixo Stritone trumpet question

    Hi,
I have been offered a pair of Mixo Stritone trumpet horns but the seller says the box states 6v and the horns have 6v stamped on the outer circumference of the black base, which I find odd since these trumpet horns were used in the early 70s when the cars were 12v. Did Mixo make these trumpet horns for other car brands that used 6v? Or 6v means something else unrelated to voltage?
    Many thanks
    Gitesh

I've had those horns before in 6v. Yes, they were made both ways like many horns. You'll need a 12v set.
