Its definitely Jurgen Barth who is on trial as its Uwe Niemann and his defunct « Scuderia 66 », accused of selling 21 cars with false papers and 6 who were completely fake, but sold as authentic historic Porsche, according the news.

Uwe Niemann was godfather of a son of Tobias Nussbaum and his defunct « Flat Six Cars » of Büsserach, Switzerland and they regulary dealt together with cars and parts, at one point Niemann planned to open a branch in Geneva and where Tobias Nussbaum was to be shop manager.

Tobias Nussbaum himself is today accused of stealing Porsche cars and parts of total 7m CHF owners value, the trial is still on attendance and where my case is represented as well.
All are presumed innocent, unless a verdict by a judge given.

Meanwhile, my T is alive, replacement engine on overhaul.
