    Blower rubber sleeve

I am looking to replace the bottom rubber sleeve on my blower. It sits in my smugglers box and connects to the round opening on the end of the centre section. What is left of the rubber sleeve has a part number #311 255 353B which is a VW part and is no longer available.

What does everybody do with this?

    Thanks
    Trevor
