I am getting all items rekeyed correctly including cylinders as needed for ignition, doors ,glove box etc.
Although there is a key in the ignition that fits but does not turn even with moving steering wheel.
The real questions is how to remove the ignition module or at least the cylinder for new keying.
Also who has the quickest turn around for keying ?

I used Tony Eugano for my 356 stuff but that’s been a few years back.
Noticed that Sierra Madre also provides this service.
RocketDan has had my set for the 70 for 4 months and infrequently responds to emails. Usually must send via Pelican user name and email to get updates.

    Thanks for assistance

The remains of one of the 2 shear bolts is in the upper left. When tightening the new shear bolts, the bolt head above the narrow section breaks off. I use a small chisel and hammer and start hitting the remains, unscrewing, counter clockwise. Once it breaks loose it will unscrew. The shear bolts were anti-theft security against ignition removal. Buy new bolts and you will see what the deal is. I think you also drill out the rivets. G

There is also a bolt and nut holding the lock assembly to the column, you can see the nut in the lower image.

Do your self a favor and just use standard bolts when installing the ign switch. The break off bolts are stupid and only
Are a nuisance to owners, service persons and old auto dismantlers.

On the bolt holding the lock assly to the steering column, loosen the jam nut and back out the allen bolt only enough to remove the switch assly. If you remove that allen bolt all the way it is a bear to get restarted.

that is how I did mine---cut a slot with a sharp chisel and small hammer; then back out the screw with a slotted screwdriver. then reassemble with regular bolt. Chris

If you have access to a set of Blue Point or SK tornado sockets they make removing shear bolts a non issue. I've done a bunch with the chisel method in the past and that will get it done with some nervousness and frustration.
