    FS: 1968 Recaro Bucket Seats

I have for sale a pair of 1968 Porsche option Recaro bucket seats. I have been told these were delivered as an option in 1968 911R, 911S, and 911L. Could have been other models since they were an option. In Brett Johnson's Restorers Guide to Authenticity he describes them as 1965-66 sport seats. I believe that is incorrect. Feel free to share and correct this if you have other information. These seats will certainly fit 1965-68 911/912s but all my evidence says they were 1968 model years seats.
From the photos the splits in the vinyl are obvious but the fiberglass seats themselves are in excellent condition without deterioration. All tracks, sliders, and the tilt brackets are included in the sale. These alone cost me around $2k. Price is $5500 plus shipping and any fees. Please request any additional information or photos that you might need. Thank you.

I need pictures. I'm terrible with colors. You should see what shirt and socks I wore to work today.
