    911 owned by a King!

You never know what you will find, when you buy Porsches all day every day. Rusty, burned, no motor/gearbox, but the provenance is as good as it gets! The magazine article will be coming out in 2019.
66 911 ordered by King Hussein of Jordan, now at Unobtanium HQ, and no it's not for sale.

The Kardex of King Husseins mj 66 car mentions a speed pilot. (see thread celebrety cars)
Was this the Halda Speed Pilot or was it a special speed pilot that Porsche offered?
I just bought one together with a Halda tripmaster for a Rallye Project, but I was not sure if it would fit to a car from september 65.

Has anyone a picture with a Speedpilot that is installed from Porsche Werk and does someone know the building year of serial number 37766?

Do you have a picture, Adam?

    Kind regards.

Sorry, no, the Speed Pilot is gone, the only vestige of it left is some strange apparatus on the back of one of the Speedometer, I guess to get the speed.
