1968 front Support tubes quick question

    Hi Faithful,
With new pieces I forgot about the front support tubes for the Front Bumper and Fender.
How are they attached again .

I guess I could make a custom piece. Any help?
    Are they just welded in?

Oops that was a mistake that should have been done before paint. Happens to the best of us sometimes. Welded in, then attached to the hole inside the trunk. Very important part as you need to run the wire harness through it.

It is actually about $400 worth of stuff I need.
    It's a costly error.
Does Anyone have some pieces tucked aside ???
