    question re: sport seat belts

    is this style appropriate for a SWB car ? specifically '67.
    inquiring minds want to know.

    Haven’t seen buckles dated earlier than 1968.

    buckles are dated '70 & '71. did earlier sport seats use the standard belt set ?

    69-71.

    Contrary to myth the "long" receptacles were used with sport seats and comfort seats. Assuming these were being used on comfort seats based on the L brackets.

    67s would have had ASE (American made belts) or Teka, if from Europe.

    as a note, one of the long receptacles is dated '72. the other is undated.
