Thread: Ronnie Peterson momo signature wheel

    Ronnie Peterson momo signature wheel

Here i am with another wheel from the collection to part with. I have planned on litsting it for sale for quite a while but more important things kept coming in between. Basically, listing it wasn't to high of a priority on my to do list but here it is now.

Not everybody here may know the Ronnie Peterson steering wheel but it was part of the Momo signature series.
Most if not all here probably know the Jackie Stewart momo which was part of the same seires yet this is a sort of a different beast.
If you do a search on the forum, you'll see the difference very clearly. It's not nearly as available as any of the other signature series and about the rarest one i would say. More or less at the same level with the Gilles Villeneuve signature wheel.
My collecting obsession brought me a few Ronnie Peterson helmet horn buttons which gives me the possibility to offer this wheel as a complete set. Obviously, this makes the opportunity even more rare.
With it's 32mm thickness, the grip on this wheel feels really good! Size of the wheel is 35cm as (almost) all of the signature series and has a slight dish. Condition is best to be viewed on the pictures. It's not new but in very good condition for it's age (April 1980) and a lot better than most of the other ones i have.

    SOLD
I thought for a moment to try ebay with this one but it thought i'd ask on the forums first. Rather see it go to an enthusiast here and i don't have to take ebay charges etc into consideration. First come, first served.

    Kind regards,
    Robin
