Me thinks it might fit better with this hub, riveted to wheel on my 62 model.

It appears to have an aftermarket hub.....66S has the correct splined hub.
I would guess it has the hub for 356A. These hubs are riveted to the wheel. I have a 40cm 68 Nardi wheel with a Volvo hub (which have to go...). Not looking forward to the drill job... It looks like the hub from an original 911/912 will fit in a way, thats my plan.
Btw these are Beautiful wheels, maybe one of the nicest out there for old 911/912s.

So, the hub is an add -on & can be removed ?

Wheel and hub are separate parts but have to drill out rivets in the aluminium that hold them together. Not easy but would think it is not that complicated either?

Would it remove from the back of the spokes in one piece? Are the hubs like 66 s shows available?

Yes, I belive the hub sits behind the spokes/wheel it self. I do not know where to get original hubs, have to use other like hub for original steering wheel which Karmann Connection sells or from an original wheel.
