    2019 Membership Renewal

Just got an email asking why I didn't renew my 2019 membership. Short answer..................I never got a renewal notice. What is going on here??? There is something wrong this year. Can You please look into why I didn't receive the notice?? There must be others that have the same question.
    Thank you.

    Guys,

Our apologies… we've been going through some organizational challenges lately...

You're right no renewal notices were sent out this quarter...

Your expiration date is always printed in the address box of your ESSES... Yeah, yeah, I know, nobody looks...

And we are aware you haven't received a new ESSES for a long time...

    To that...

The recurring auto pay option makes it a lot easier for you and us...

And 28/3 and 28/4 FALL/WINTER 2018 combined issue of the ESSES should be in the mail next week...

Please bear with us, we'll be back on track soon....

    Thanks,
    Chuck

I also received the same thing, even though I had been automatically renewed.
