Anthony,
I have one that I might sell. Great condition.
I have no idea what it's worth (really) but will part with it if a number gets my attention. Make an offer and we'll go up from there.
Please PM or email. Thanks.
I have a new aftermarket unit that is really quite nice.
Might end up being a bit less expensive for than a used OEM unit. They bring quite the coin these days.

Interesting...
Won't you have to run a Nadella set up if you put in an original?
I am restoring a RHD 67S built in Nov 66. When stripped, the gearbox had a 904 mainshaft and a ZF diff. It had been set up to run on Nadellas, which was the clue, as by the time of this build probably the only reason you'd find them was if there was a slipper.
As is clearly stated in, for example, the factory lit on Porsche set up for "Sports Purposes". LSD = Nadella.
No mention of this sportier build on the Kardex of our car, but that was not an option regularly recorded there, I believe. I keep meaning to check the case for any stampings or castings that would suggest it was an original addition but it's at the shop being rebuilt and I haven't been over there recently. Still trying to figure out if it came from the factory like this or if the car was used in any events at the time.
Anyway, all the advice I am given by those with a lot more experience of putting cars together than I have, is that if you want a safe, reliable car, you clean it up and put that original diff on the shelf, use a later plate diff, and say bye bye to the nadellas. Does the community concur?
Are you doing a car to drive or a car to show? Do you know it came with the Nadella set-up? Maybe you don't need an original?

I will sell a used 904 LSD with Nadella flanges. Together with three lightweight axles, one NOS two used.
Its raining 904 ZFs! I have this one, EC, $2K. Lobro CV 904 lsd output flanges are sold in the aftermarket by Carquip and others.
Gripper in the UK makes the Lobro flanges for the 904 LSD https://gripperlsd.com/product/porsc...ge-lobro-type/

Gripper also makes a complete differential that is pretty nice. I sent you pictures of it.
Let me know in you are interested in it.

Thank you all for your input - much appreciated! Bought the original unit from Rick for a fair price.
I need the flanges for 6 bolts as on the picture - does that mean for Lobro or Nadella? Not sure what I should be telling the supplier what I need - they have both.
