Zeber 43TINDA3C carbs by Performance Oriented

    Sold

Well, I sold my car and no longer have a toy to put these on so I offer them for some other mis-guided soul to enjoy.

These are a matched pair of Zenith 40TIN carbs that I re-configured to be more like Weber carbs than Zeniths thus the "Zeber 43TINDA3C" name. I developed these for my 2.3 liter 911S and ran them on that car for awhile before shelving them. I thought there might be a market for re-configuring Zeniths but the labor content is much too high.

This set would be good on a hot rod engine with displacement from 2.3 liters through 2.8-ish with S-cams. The black chromated manifolds are ported to 36mm which would be good for intake ports of 37mm. Throttle bores are 43mm and 35mm main venturis installed. Fuel delivery circuit & progression pattern are Weber IDA configuration and are adjusted for the 43mm throttle bores. Accelerator linkage is greatly simplified from the preposterous system used on OEM Zeniths. Two throttle shafts vs. three shafts as on Zeniths and they are thinned at the throttle valves. New shaft bushings, smog stuff removed & ports plugged with threaded screws, -6 AN fuel rail, etc.

Too many details to waste time thoroughly discussing here so contact me if interested, carbs come with items shown in first picture plus drop links, long link and bell crank.
