When is an NOS door top not an NOS door top?

A little bit of a long thread.

The buyer knew what he was buying and the seller did not. NOS parts, go to the dealer and find out what they want.

So am I reading the PP thread right? A bunch of envious cry babies are mad because someone else beat them to it and ... dare I say... the buyer exercised his right to practice capitalism?

agreed! I believe selling on the internet means that you have the EXACT same opportunities to do your research as every person buying your item. That means if you didn't do the research to figure out exactly what you had before you listed it for sale it's your own fault.
Now Archie, who's 86 years old, bought the parts when they were new, and doesn't have access to the internet... that's a different story. If I'm picking someone's stash growing in the weeds I'm honest and up front. "The stuff I'm buying from you I have to make money on... I have to double my money and this is what I'll get out of it."
