    FS: transaxle tools

    unless specified as 'aftermarket' all are factory tools as only available from the dealer.
    P34A set. for holding the bevel pinion shaft when measuring the clearance between the ring gear and pinion. $150 NLA SOLD
    P55 set (2) for pressing the bevel pinion shaft and the drive shaft into the intermediate plate. $175 NLA SOLD
    P56 for pressing the bevel pinion shaft and the drive shaft simultaneously out of the intermediate plate $100 NLA SOLD
    P63 set for pulling the inner wheel bearing from the spindle (356, 356A & 356B only) $100 NLA SOLD
    P65 set extractor for removing the roller bearing inner ring from the drive shaft $100 NLA SOLD
    P65B set (as P65) $75 NLA SOLD
    P80 for checking pinion to ring gear lash at the axle $175 NLA SOLD

    VW298d transaxle gauge for adjusting pinion shaft $300 NLA for VW & some 356. SOLD
    can be modified to P258 per this thread;

    P260 holding plate for holding the selector rods when adjusting and tightening the selector forks 901 / 911 type $125 (list $225) SOLD
    P252 32mm Hex socket for tightening and removing the drive shaft (AKA input shaft) hex nut $85 (list $140) SOLD

    Jerry, the VW289D tool is for Volkswagens and is not the same as a P258, but it can be used on some 356 transmissions.
    Your sub-100 number tools are for 356 and not for later cars.
    The P360 is for Sportomatic transmissions.
    Your P381 set (which includes P382 in the picture) is for 915 transmissions.

    I'll take a P65 set that's marked Z11 if the teeth aren't damaged.
