    1973.5 Rear Axle colour

    Hi all,
I'm preparing a front and rear suspension bushings replacement on my 1973.5 2.4 T.

I have a question about colours of the Rear Axle Strut Arm and its bearing cover.
Mine are black (And all the inner wheel fender parts are black).

I think they should be right for the period but i'd like to be sure because this could be the right moment to fix the Rear Axle Strut Arm and the bearing cover.

I see a lot of them "gold plated" and also new Original Parts seems to be gold.

    Can anyone help ?

RSTarga has SC type adjustable spring plates normally plated yellow zinc, painted black. Your 73 should be black like those except non adjustable. Hardware is yellow like his. Any black hardware on your car is phosphated, not anodized or painted
