    69 dash basketweave facia

    Hi gang,

Does anyone know if someone makes a precut basket weave facia trim? I dont need the aluminum, just the vinyl to glue on and replace the old worn out vinyl

Asse Sales sell a roll for the dash . It's not precut however , but cutting it is fairly easy .

thanks. Assuming its going to be better to do with the aluminum piece off, rather than in place? how does one remove the aluminum piece?

Remember the material has a tendency to shrink- Make it the tiniest bit big and squeeze it in.

3M Super spray adhesive seems to work well . The aluminum pieces are held on with double stick tape , so carefully pry them off . If original , the tape is 50 years and does not stick so well .
