    Those tools are for a car with a smog pump , so a 1975 USA model would be the earliest year . Also I don't think the wrench is 22 mm - 23 mm .

    Maybe you should look carefully.... ! 22 mm is engraved on the wrench handle... Do your homework before commenting on ads !

    The pulley tools are for 76 and later. Common in the SC’s.
