    WTB: 1965-1966 front fenders

Looking for correct front fenders for 1965-1966 911.
The factory fenders with full inner wheel lips.

    912 fenders would also suffice.

It is for a concours build.

You seem to mention that quite often.

Can’t wait to see it when it’s completed.

67 also has full lips. A competent body shop artisan/welder can create an indistinguishable full lip from the tapered (later) fenders you have in hand. It will be done with a tig welder (not mig) using a piece of identical thickness (gauge) German steel profiled to the taper then butt welded, ground, and filled. It takes about 2 hours per fender -- far less in cost than what you would have to pay for non-rusty good 67 and earlier fenders. I know of what I speak on this. But of course, it is your call.

I think that is my only choice at this point.
I have access to early rusty fenders with good full lips that i can cut.
