    !966/'67 Momo Indy flat s/wheel with black spokes

    .

    This is an early Momo Indy wood steering wheel manufactured in ~1966/'67.

    The wheel is flat & has a diameter of 355mm.

    Overall the wheel is in very good condition although the wood rim has previously been rubbed down & stained a very dark (black ?) finish - which, in my opinion, improves the look - plus there are some light surface 'cracks' in the wood by the left spoke.

    There are typical 'stress marks' on the rear of the left hand spoke but these don't appear to have been transferred to the front face & all spokes remain flat.

    - where else can you find such an early flat Momo wheel with black anodised spokes at such a low price ?

    You could even get the rim leather-wrapped & still be 'ahead of the game' ...
