    BTW, the tubing material used to create the Porsche factory RSR headers is ‘beryllium’, banned from racing for years. Google it, look it up.

    Very, very lightweight, if you ever have the chance to hold a set of factory R, ST, RSR headers in one hand, you will be amazed.

    This system was chromed, not by me. Sold and don’t know how the owner refinished it to restore.

    ...one last post. Forgot about this other early 911 Porsche OEM competition exhaust that I had and sold in the collection.

    Flanges also stepped as done with the 906/Carrera 6

    These "NOS" exhaust parts were sprayed with some type of hi-temp paint, and not nickel plated as done with the 911R parts

    Overkill posts, but nonetheless I believe all very interesting.
