Little update; I noticed I made a mistake in my wiring harness order; I ordered the standard fuel pump harness, and not only do I need two of them, in the 'standard' 1973 car the pump is located in the engine bay, so the harness connects to the 'front to aft' wiring loom, whereas for the RSR both sit in the front and connect straight into the fuse panel in the front left wing (see example). Anyway, that's easy enough to fix. The first layer of primer was applied and we're now fixing more irregularities to make the boy as smooth as possible.
It's starting to look like a car again!

Collecting vintage dymos is just a side effect....
I think I have the wheel for my dymo 1540 to write vertical too

A little off topic, but do you know a reference of 1980's Dymo that can write on 24mm tape?

24mm is a lot. So no hobby rather a professional application. Sorry I don't have any Ifos on them.
But I have one that can emboss thin stainless sheet metal in case you'd need that.

I will check if it's 19 or 24 mm, but I'm sure that it wasn't 9 or 12 mm as usually found.

Another question I hope someone here can answer.
The works (and on request, some customer) RSRs in 1973 had the 120L FT3 safety fuel cell, but on pictures there's another (smaller) tank visible behind it, more toward the driver side.
Anyone know what this is and what it is for?



From the white car it is more obvious this is, just like the fuel cell, made off glass-reinforced plastic (fibreglass).
