    NOS Cibie Oscars with NOS Covers

    Up for sale is a set of NOS Cibie Oscars with NOS Covers in their original boxes. Made in France and come with the very cool original yellow euro bulb covers and new H1 bulbs. Battleship grey, just an awesome set. SOLD

    These are the original vintage style with the battleship grey housings which were made from the ‘60’s up to the early 80’s. The document inside the box is dated 9/81, so almost 40 year old lights still NIB! Hope that helps. Regards

    So these are not period correct for the early 911 ?

    They are the original 1st generation style of Oscar lights, but yes, this particular pair was made after the “early” 911 timeframe. There is no dates on them, however so no one would really ever know or care for that matter probably. The covers are the later style however. HTH
