Trying to identify MFI stack and throttle body

I have an orphan mag stack and throttle body I am trying to identify I assume from a '69 E or S.

The stack is casting no. 9011103090R and measures 38mm at the bottom and 46mm at the top

The throttle body is casting no. 9011101010R and measures 32mm at the bottom and 38mm at the top to match the stack

    any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    JB

Thanks for the chart, NickP! Strange, it appears I have a 2.0E throttle body and 2.0S stack. Though they match ID’s where they connect.
