    Removable rear trailing arm bolts

I’m sure I’ve seen a vendor who offers an option for rear trailing arm mounting bolt which can be removed with gearbox in car, but I can’t find it. Am imagining it or can someone point me to it?

Why not reverse installation of original bolt so nut faces inboard?

In mid 73 the torsion tube was dimpled and the bolt was installed from the outside. Without the depression in the tube, the bolt won’t install. Not a great pix, from service information.

We used to that by cutting off the old bolt to remove it, then install a new shorter bolt and cut down the lock nut so the locking portion would grab the now shorter bolt.
