    Restoring my 1971S Gemini Blue

    So while the car is at the body shop being prepped for painting

    Nice work on restoring the panel! I see that you also have a 2-stage rear window defroster relay, I can't seem to find a wiring diagram for this circuit and I'm in the process of reconnecting mine. Can you tell me where the red wire on the bottom left goes to, I'm assuming the 3-fuse panel but not sure.

    Your 71 should have the large panel cover, I see the wing nut to retain it. With the large cover no fuse cover was used.

    If you mean the two pole connector at bottom far left, that plugs into the two pole connector from the window harness.

    Yes, that fat red wire goes to top right of 3 fuse panel. There is a smaller red that goes to the connector. Easier to see on the refinished unit.

    Ditto on the large panel cover, but should the large panel cover have a wing nut or the large round nut with the grove in the middle or was that only for 72/73?
