    Rear torsion bar cover/cap color

Need some help - what final finish was on the rear torsion bar cover on a 1971? Some I see are black, while others are yellow cad or silver. The new ones I purchased from Porsche are yellow cad. Thanks in advance Name: 7999B90D-2A1B-48AF-BA04-9B6BAFD352A3.jpg

My answer is black. You can't go by the finish of newer parts.

Black , absolutely , and Ed is 100% correct , new parts cannot be an authenticity guide . Find pictures of the 700 mile '70S .
