    Unfortunately I don't have 1964 / original doors.
The door seals are not mounted.
I find it quite incredible from Porsche that the door openings do not have the same dimensions.

door seals can make a difference---if mr. marinello does not sell them to you contact RUF they also have them(same product as marinello sells)...and the trunkseal and deck lid weatherstrip.

    Thanks Franz,
I will contact both: ElevenParts and RUF.
Question: Are there other specific seals that only these sellers can provide?

Correct shape of Webasto exhaust line brackets

    Hello,
Is it possible (that's what I think) that the factory changed the shape between 300026 and 300069?
What do you think would be the correct shape for 300090?
    Thanks
    Philippe

    Door striker / repair kit

    Hello,
    Richard is totally right.
I was thinking the two parts are crimped but they are simply nested.
I separated them easily with a screwdriver.
    The repair kit seems ok.

You pry one open, have it plated if you want, replace the parts and push it back together.

I will try to make a video of dismantling the door strikers and installing the repair kit.

Do you think it could be the original rack?

    Hello,

There was no protection on the steering rack when we took it apart.

About the project: the 300090 is 95% ready for the next stage which is scheduled for September or October:
    1) Sandblast / Sodablasting the car with very fine sand silica.
    2) Cataphoresis

    Regards,
    Philippe
