Hello,
I just retrieved photos of the 300057 a friend of mine, Lucas, took at the Porsche Museum in 2019.
These photos show that the Hella 128 fog lights installed by Porsche on the 300057 are the same I found last year for my car.
So I think/hope I have the right fog lights for my car...

I contacted Ivan who is very busy but took the time to answer me.
Indeed, Ivan has collected a lot of information on HELLA fog lights. Unfortunately, he does not have complete information for the year 1964 / early 1965. This is explained by the incredible number of variations that there were at Hella. According to his research, the headlights that I found and those that the Porsche museum installed on 300057 date from between June 1963 and April 1965.
