Help removing front bumper on 71T

    Hi All:

The time has come to refresh the front bumper on my 71T. From my research, it looks like there are 6 bolts holding the bumper on: 2 on the side; 2 that can be accessed through the pan; and 2 on the vertical walls near the battery (or in my case, batteries) in the frunk. Is this correct?

Does anyone have a picture (or pictures) more specifically identifying where these bolts can be found? I’d like to get an idea of their locations, even if rough, before I tackle the task.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hope these help.
I think middle bolts are torx like and can be accessed thru holes on vertical wall of front panel. My experience on 1969.

Apparently "frunk" is a linguistic version of Whack A Mole. Just when you believe it has been eliminated someone new thinks it clever and it raises its head once again.

Thanks for the info, Phil! One final question: Can these bolts be accessed while the car is on the ground or do I need to get the car in the air?

As for using the term "frunk," I'll have a friend put me in time out . . .
