    Placement of door jamb sticker

    Hi. I’ve just had my car repainted. The original door sticker showing build date for US import was removed for the repaint. I had an excellent replacement made but need to ensure I stick the replacement in the right place. Could someone measure theirs & post the information? Thank you!!

    I'll give it a try Ant...

    Looks like the one on my '73S, up and down is about 19cm with the measuring tape straight through the length, with the edge of the tape right on the rocker trim (you can see through the blue painters tape)

    And about 3 1/2 cm measuring at the top over to the outer curve...

    It would appear that these stickers weren't consistent - either car-to-car or maybe year-to-year. Chuck's is almost parallel to the door seal, but mine was more parallel with the outer edge of the door jamb. No firm dimensions now, my car is in the paint shop right now as well.
