FS: Special Extended Hub Thick Grip 380mm steering wheel

    Needing improved steering folks,

Here is an extended hub steering wheel made from "Cornpanzer's" extended hub kit combined with and OEM VDM steering wheel. Special thick grip done by my secret source down south. Stitching is as per authentic very short spoke leather as on original RSR wheels. This is one of the nicest wheels I've had. It is ORIGINAL paint on the spokes with small imperfections, patina.
The wheel is $995 OBRO plus $50 shipping in the U.S. and $100 shipping outside of CONUS.. PayPal users please pay all fees so total sales price goes into my account. A LWB butterfly is available for an additional $25. Photo with Hockey Puck is a "beauty shot" for demo purposes only and is not for sale. If you have a SWB Porsche and want a 380mm wheel, IMHO, this is required as, otherwise, your fingers will often hit the dash. On a LWB 911 is is "nice to have" for sure.Part number on the core wheel/hub is 914 347 804 11 with date code Dec. 1973.

Shown in last two photos installed on my ex-1967 911 SWB (sorry for dusty dash) and on a member's VERY nice LWB; moves fingers away from dash which is required for a 380mm wheel on a SWB and suggested on a LWB 911. Please email any and all questions. Thanks.

Would you consider a trade for an early wood wheel that needs restoration?
