    WTB: small Solex PI-40 carburetor parts

    Hi all, need a few small pieces to complete my Solex Set-up

    - some nuts for mounting top plate
    - holder bracket
    - holder cross bar
    - 3x connecting rods

    I also have some Solex parts I would consider trading for above stuff.

    Sorry but all Solex parts are gone. The bolt that secures the spring tab does not use a nut.

    They have some parts, but most out of stock. I can contact them again 7th of January.

    The last time I ordered those ball sockets from CarPoint they were total crap. Poor fit to the ball socket and the tapped holes were crooked. The right hand threaded side can be sourced from Porsche as used in the SWB door release, LH thread NLA last time I checked. Not sure why they show a nut and bolt through the spring retainer but as Paul stated, it is incorrect.
