Leather shift lever & emergency brake boots

I have a good friend who just recently finished sorting a ‘66 911. He asked me if I knew when and what cars the leather boots on the shifter and emergency brake were used. Or if they were ever stock. I don’t know but I’m sure there are some in this group who do. Anyone?

there was a 60 page thread on early cars but I think the record is only up to model year 66 with leather shifter and hand brake
the last chart I saw was on post #445.

the last two items on the list are the leather things. with a yes to having them and oem, at least to car 2003, the record has it up to car vin2003
