Thread: The most 0’s in a VIN.

The most 0’s in a VIN.

Anyone know the most 0’s in a serial number? Obviously there will be some ties.

    Anyone have the most here?

500 010 is the VIN for my old Targa, which now resides in Germany.

I would have thought that 1970 cars which can have up to 5 0's are probably the highest number... But lots of those would qualify
    coupes such as S's 911 030 0001 thru 0010 and then every 10 to 0100 and then 911 030 1000 and equivalent T and E coupe vin numbers
The number of 1's is higher especially 1971 T Targa 911 111 1111 which has 9 probably cant be beaten for the most number of the one digit in a vin number (for early cars at least)

Hugh beat me to it - I have a '71 T Targa that has a vin not too far off the theoretical maximum he posted.
