Question on NOS front housings ?

    Guys
Here are 2 sets of front housings , understood that one is early and one later but what years of production.
The later has date stamped (68 ) lenses also very different wiring assume for front driving/fog lights .
    Like some education on these
    Thanks
    Frank

The top pair are available, pretty fair price but only has wiring for turn signal housing. The pair on the bottom are OEM with all the proper wiring, including the main bulkhead socket thru the inner fender to connect harness plug. Also includes wiring to headlight bucket with seal and horn I believe. Bottom pair are not readily available. G

It would be helpful to see the other sides.

So here is what’s great.....I had forgot with other ongoing aspects of the Restoration of 71 Goldie , that I had the first pair restored by John A , incredible work and attention to details. I now remember that I wanted these as originally mfg’d ( for 71 Type, are these correct ?) and believe I planned to use harness from the 2nd set .

Not sure where the 2nd pair came from but it’s been awhile since purchased. The question is when these were mfg’d....
Guess that’s what happens when your buying parts years before they are needed to make sure when time to assemble your not chasing for hard to find parts.

Will post shots of the other side shortly , would like to see other original or restored rears.

Thanks again John A and G for comments .
    regards
    Frank
