    Greg, I did setup a new business in the USA which buys cars, bikes etc to collection them. I had the assistance of an attorney. Not cheap but efficient. Now I can buy as many as I want (can ?)

    So, I solved that issue by setting up a local business : Classic Tribute LLC. I'll use that entity to buy and sell cars between France and USA.
    A bit costly as a solution, but tuning it into a long term opportunity
