Help with 69 E blower cover ID

    Hello

I'm new here, having spent the last few years playing with 80's vintage 911s. I now have a fully restored 69 911E, but have a question about the front trunk blower cover. Is the correct cover the grey one in the first picture that is presently with the car or the cover in the second picture. Thanks in advance for feedback.

Neither one of the covers is correct for a '69 911 . The first looks to be a lousy reproduction for an early '70's car and the second is for late '70's or an SC . I have a correct one if interested .

You're looking for the tell tale strap "buckles" built into the cover, as seen in this example

OK that helps. The 69 was maybe the last year to use the leather straps to secure the frunk carpet to the blower cover?
