    Mechanical fuel injection system visualized

    I have been spending a few hours reading forum threads and articles about MFI, but still can not quite grasp exactly how the system works. I realize that it it not THAT complicated, but fifty years of use and deterioration has made my brain less absorbent to knowledge. How nice would it not have been if someone made an animated video like the one above describing the MFI system, and the pump in particular. Or simpler, a video where a mentor displays a pump, points, explains how it works and makes some sketches on a blackboard, like Ant in Wheeler Dealers

    Anyone else a bit confused, or I am the slow one here

    Except that video is for CIS (1973 1/2 and up)

    I know, that's why I wrote that I wish someone made an animated video like the one above describing the MFI system...
