I have a car to pick up in North Carolina. Maybe we could work out some delivery.
A 40’ container just showed up with a lot of sportomatic parts. I could make you a lot price for all my sportomatic stuff.

Well that might be interesting. Actually I was considering switching over to a 5 speed 901 for to gain the clutch. I never drove a sporto. That being said mine might be just fine. I was considering yours for
spare parts just in case I needed them. I have a MG that is a blast to drive but part of the fun is it's a manual with clutch.

I am a bit torn at the moment. Sporto for originality but 901 for fun.

    What will you have?

Try a properly sorted Sporto first, then decide. You'll be surprised how entertaining spirited clutchless romps up and down the gearbox can be.

Just remember to keep your hand off the shifter until you're gonna use it.

Yeah, I would like to give it a try.

I am able to meet in NC. Let me know what you can gather up. My trans might be just fine. Don't know. I'd like to collect spares of whatever I can for the car.
