Neat pieces. Even though I'm relatively tall I always preferred to sit a little higher in my 67 (after sinking into the aged seat cushion).

What is the function of the H bracket?

It raises the seat rails which sit inboard on the trans tunnel to the same height at the extended "Hoher Sitzpositiung" outboard seat rails at the door. This is a nice set complete and ready for restoration for one of the 500 or so cars which came with this option. It took me about 1.5 years and 3 continents to assemble mine to match the factory Kardex.

Oh...I thought what was pictured was for just one seat. Now I get it. So you can't raise just one seat with the factory kit (without modifying the H bracket).

Learned a new one today. Again, nice piece(s).
