    . . .

This example started life at the Porsche dealership in Phoenix Az where the first owner [ a Doctor] acquired it in 1972. Being in the western and south of USA all its life we find it to be totally rust free. A little surface discoloration in battery box only. Chassis retains all of its original undercoating that has held up well. A 50 yr old body/chassis that is in remarkable condition and speaks clearly to it’s low mileage.

Interior is spectacular in its original form with leather Sport seats and correct German carpets. Dash hasn’t cracked and is in it’s original form. Door panels and rear panels are in excellent original condition throughout. Original Blaupunkt radio is functional but speakers in door pockets are marginal related to quality sound.

Mechanically the 2.4 Litre engine has been serviced recently and injection system dialed in for Co altitude. New Pirelli P6000 tires are less than 4 yrs old with just a few hundred miles used. Engine bay cosmetically is completely original and showing it’s original paint on decal shelf and under rear deck lid. Car runs out exceptionally smooth and tight the way a 40k mi car should! Transmission shifts very true with ease. Truly this car is a joy to drive and handles how a 1972 should with low miles. Fuchs are all original and still have their original cosmetics on them, never to have been repainted or polished. Air conditioning it has but since I live in Colorado we have never tried to charge it so will need a service if new owner desires. Everything else works on car.

Paint is in excellent unblemished condition and has been painted to my knowledge once over its original paint. Many area’s including door jams, under front and rear deck lids, engine bay etc all remarkably have their original factory finishes still! It has been obvious that prior owners have all wanted to preserve this long nose 911 as much as possible while also keeping it maintained. Nice to see I might add. Spare tire trunk area is “as is” original with factory finishes throughout. All glass is original to the car and windshield seals both front and rear have recently been replaced along with rear quarter windows. Only OEM seals were used.

All original Hand books and Factory Tools accompany the sale of this car and are in immaculate original show condition.

It also comes with service history dating back to the 1970’s. One document showing a 30,000 mile professional service by the Porsche Audi Dealership in Phoenix Az
