I'm Back - Help in taking a deep look at a car for sale in Costa Mesa

    Hi all,

I was an active member about 12yrs ago as I was restoring a 1973 S. The guys on this forum helped me a LOT managing through a terrible experience, and I owe you my continued thanks. I ended up selling the car due to having another kid back in 2007 and haven't had a P car since. I'm now at a different stage in life, and am purchasing a nice looking 73TE that is currently in Costa Mesa. This one, hopefully, is turnkey and ready to enjoy.

Now, given COVID...I can't get down there to look at the car. What I'm wondering is if anyone might have the time and/or interest to give me their experienced opinion. If so, can you LMK and I'll PM you (can't recall if this site still has that or not) or find another way to connect. Thanks in advance for your consideration of my request.

If it’s EC, and they did work on the car, I’d really do my inspection carefully.

Hi Michael! Thanks. Totally get it. Interesting times. Hope you're well. I need to get back plugged into bay area stuff. I live up in Tahoe now mostly, but get down to the Menlo Park area regularly to see my kids and some work. Cheers.

Paul is a great dealer and very picky about the quality of the cars he represents.
Lots of people in that area to inspect the car. Auto Kennel is a trusted seller.
