    2.3 ST headers.

    Hi folks,

    I am warming my 1970 2.2T, with ~2.3 over bore, lighter internals and higher CR (I am keeping non cw crank). I wanted to investigate what the factory used with the 2.3 & 2.5 ST cars in period for extractors/headers? Am I right to assume I can gain some horses via this route, and if so what OEM style options are available? (And from whom?) Were the factory headers made by Dansk or another 3rd party??

    I will be using 2 in 2 out configuration.

    European Headers from GT Racing appear to be close in terms of design to those used by Porsche Werks. A friend of mine used these on his 2.3 and I have fitted them to my 2.7.
