PMs disabled? And about security certificate

First thing, it might be that Forums's security certificate ran out in March, at least I get that message (for few weeks) from computer using fairly strict firewall settings.

But to the topic; is PM function disabled (or is it just me)? I have access to Inbox but and it have some old messages, but it also says 0 allowed messages.

    Thanks!
