This is looking really great! Looking forward to seeing more pictures as the car comes back together.

One question since IÂ’m about to go down this road of a repaint: it seems like your car has gone from fully assembled into paint pretty quickly. How long do you expect it to take overall start to finish? Thanks!

Nick's car didn't need a whole lot of rust repair so it will be done quicker than most we do. It will be done in a couple more weeks. So, total time 6-8 weeks but he waited to send it up until I had an open spot.

Proud to have AC headlights on Nick’s car(s). Scott is one of those treasures tucked away in Oregon if you know where to look. He was one of my son’s skating buddies back in the day. Glad he didn’t maim himself on the half pipe in our barn! Those guys were pretty good skaters.

    Cheers,
    John

One of the best “impulse” buys I’ve made were the Cibie Bi-Iode’s from AC when I finished my ST. I get more comments on those lights...Of course, Scott did the metal work, paint, suspension and steering on that car. And let’s not forget Mark Jung who rebuilt and set up my MFI pump and all the parts bought from Sunset. Lots of Oregonian involvement on the car and all the best in the business!!

Thanks, Scott! Looking forward to seeing more of the car as it progresses.

Scott reports that the polishing on the body, doors, hood and deck lid is done. Its now time to clean things up and to also apply some black paint where needed prior to assembly . I also spoke to Scott last night who told me how fantastic the paint looks in the metal; he said it compares with his former silver 72 911S that sold on BAT a few months ago. I saw that car and it was just fantastic.....

Haha, Danny you're second in line right now. I was resting a Coors Light on your battery box today. Makes a great table with the fenders off. Salsa on one and beer on the other.
