I did sent a small padded envelop to the US end of March, took 6 weeks to arrive, definitely a record
Same type/sized envelop went to Canada a week later, still have not heard if has arrived...

I have to revise my observations over the past 3 weeks. After watching a dozen parcels shipped via USPS, it seems to be taking forever for items to get out of the US. Once in Canada, they seem a bit slower, but not like what I'm seeing in the US. Even got a delivery today (holiday) from Canada Post. Dealer sign I bought on Ebay. Took 3 weeks to get out of the US (NY state) and 3 days to get from Montreal to me.

I can confirm that a package of mine was in New York (usps) for three weeks, despite premium shipping and a guaranteed delivery time of 6 working days. at the moment everything seems to take a little longer, but finally the package arrived safely.

I've got a padded envelope coming to the US from Marek in Denmark, a full 3 weeks + at this point. Luckily they're not time-sensitive parts.

I’ve experienced delays of a month or more in customs in the U.K. and Australia.

A small package containing a 1969 Monte Carlo rallye participant's car badge was mailed to me from Greece on May 24, per official tracking. Unfortunately, most countries around the world do not have airmail service to the USA anymore, as there are few or no flights. For the first few weeks, stuff went into warehouses. By late May many countries simply stopped accepting external airmail. Fedex, UPS, DHL, and other couriers are much less affected, as they have their own air fleets. BUT, and here's a news flash I learned while writing this post, my package arrived at USPS Denver today!

my current incomming USPS packages from US are still very slow:
    yesterday received, shipped 22.4.20
priority box shipped 8.5.20 actually arrived at Germany but not yet delivered.

shipping to US from Germany within 2 weeks but still only priority
shipping to CAN from Germany possible from 1th of june, but due to a technical problem at DHL all packages are returned to sender, which are shipped first week of june.
later shipped packages are still on its way to Canada, some allready for three weeks
