Shipping challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic

For your consideration and planning purposes:

Please note that currently, it appears that Postal services are not getting packages out of some countries. Some have noted that packages are waiting to come out of Europe to the US and elsewhere by Postal services (they are stuck "over there). Apparently, the overseas Postal services are relying on various airlines (Delta, United, etc, etc) for these services like they always have, and flights are down 90% due to COVID-19.

Some are not having any issues of their packages getting to foreign countries by shipping by FedEx (they have their own planes).

    Thanks, ESR

DHL (my carrier)also has there own planes ...and they also have troubles(they even state this on there tracking website)...my guess is the number of parcels bound for the US has dropped significantly so that it takes way longer to have a plane filled...plane not full--- plane does not fly...the cheaper shipping services are no longer available...are they trying to compensate there loss by accepting express mail only, which BTW isn`t express anymore.
